Schedule This Week (week of 04/20/2020)

 Hope everyone is well.  We will NOT be holding official practice again this week.  When you get a chance email me (and Coach Becker) with an update on how your family is doing and whether or not your child has been able to keep up exercising (let me know what they have been doing).  At the bottom of this email is a link to a zoom call/workout at 4pm today with the Flynn sisters (they are awesome NY CYO/high school/college runners).

Note:  Loops at Averill Park might be good for this otherwise run for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes (roughly the 1000m depending on the runner)

Locations:
VCP — Van Cortlandt Park.   You can use Lloyd’s Carrot Cake, 6087 Broadway, Bronx, NY 10471 in your GPS to get you very close.  It can be difficult to find parking close so give ample time.

Bethpage State Park — Bethpage Polo at the Park, Plainview Road & Manchester Drive, Bethpage, NY 11714.  You may be able to park right close to the Polo Grounds but they usually want you in the big parking lot past the polo grounds at the bottom of the hill.

Sunken Meadow State Park — Sunken Meadow State Park Lot 1, Sunken Meadow Pkwy, Kings Park, NY 11754.  We will park in the Lot 1.  Parents can bring stuff over to the beach to setup for the Beach Party while the runners will get to enjoy Cardiac Hill repeats.
